Plan introduction：

• NutraCare understands that everyone has his own diet and lifestyle pattern; therefore, we allow clients to choose their own weight loss rate depending on how well they can adapt and make their own choices on food and portion, to ensure that they have a relaxing journey of weight loss.
• Before joining the program, please download and fill in “Diet and Lifestyle Record Form”. This will allow us to understand your situation better. We will contact you once you have faxed the form to 29920146.
• When you come to NutraCare in person, please bring the health reports conducted within the past two years for the first consultation with dietitian.
• The first consultation will take about 45 minutes. NutraCare will provide you with detailed physical and health assessment and evaluation, including: weight and height taking, fat analysis, moisture ratio, blood pressure, heart and lung function, BMI, basal metabolic rate, urine sugar, urine protein and blood cholesterol .
• Once you have joined the program, you will be arranged for a private nutritionist and personal fitness trainer, they will assign you with nutritious breakfast, lunch and dinner and exercise regimes according to you weight loss rate.
