Shipping and Exchange
Please confirm that there is no defect on the packaging before opening it. This product is a personal hygiene product. Hence, it is not allowed to exchange for non-product functional problems.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after the payment is processed. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package.
Within 3 to 7 business days.
Note: These shipping times are calculated using calendar days and should be used as a general guide. Shipping delays may be caused by natural disasters, inclement weather, war, public holidays, and factors outside our control.
We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase (i.e., the date listed on your receipt).
Please contact us if the product you received is broken or faulty. We will process your exchange within 1-2 working days. If you need to exchange, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost. (If you do not contact us and return the product without authorization, we are not responsible for the loss of goods or authorization of a refund).
Exchange process for Products Purchased Within Last 14 Days
1. If your order needs to be exchanged, please ensure that your order meets the exchange standards. You can email to firstname.lastname@example.org to fill in the order number, the product to be exchanged, the reason for the exchange, a detailed description of the product defect and photos. We will reply within 1-2 working days.
2. Please send the product back to us as required. To avoid any extra charges, please include all original packing materials, manuals, complimentary gifts, and accessories with the product. All products must be exchanged sealed and in their original packaged condition.
3. Once your return is received and inspected; we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your request is approved or denied. If everything checks out, we will send out your expected return of goods within 1-3 business days.
* When returning a product that requires an exchange, be sure to write the return order number on the delivery slip of paper and return it with the package. Otherwise, you will be at your own risk. Please check for information on return shipping charges.
* Upon detailed inspection by the commissioner, if no problems are found, the returned product will be sent to the receiving address of your original order. If you need to change it, please select a new delivery method and address at the same time when submitting the exchange request.
The reasons why exchange cannot be returned
If the following occurs, we cannot assist your exchanges:
• On the grounds of personal preference.
• Improper use of the product, including but not limited to exposure to particularly wet substances, chemicals, gasoline, paints, detergents, solvents, cooking oils, overheating, etc.
• The product is disjointed and cracked due to external hard object bruising or internal wear.
• The product exceeds its service life and causes damage.
• Damage to the product due to improper washing.
• The product fades due to display reasons.
• The appearance of the product is not clean.
If you purchase a product that you believe is defective, please refer to QI-KETO’s 1-year limited product warranty.
