Ingredients :
- [Filling]
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1-2 small Red Chili
- 1 small Onion
- 455g Ground Beef
- 60g Scallions
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- [Sauce]
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 60g Tamari Sauce
Instruction :
1. Add all the sauce ingredients and whisk together in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
2. Place a large non-stick frying pan or wok over high heat.
3. Add the sesame oil, garlic, chili and onion. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant.
4. Add the ground beef. Stir fry until browned.
5. Pour over the sauce. Simmer until it has reduced and thickened. At this stage, the ground beef should be well coated with sauce.
6. Remove from the heat. Mix through the scallions and sesame seeds.
7. Serve immediately. Side this stir fry with Cauliflower Rice.
