Ingredients :
10 medium Roma tomato(cut into 1" cubes)
29.57 ml Olive oil
4 cloves Garlic(minced)
470g Chicken bone broth(or any chicken broth)
15g Herbs de Provence
2.5g Sea salt
1.5g Black pepper
59.5 ml Heavy cream(or coconut cream for paleo)
Instruction :
1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F (204 °C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease the foil.
2. Cut the tomato into chunks and toss them with olive oil and minced garlic. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
3. Pour the tomato puree into a pot over medium heat. Add broth. Add seasonings taste. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
4. Add and stir in cream and basil.
