Keto Low Carb Roasted Tomato Soup
This easy and delicious low carb tomato soup Recipe is bursting with roasted tomatoes & fresh basil.

10 medium Roma tomato（cut into 1" cubes）
29.57 ml Olive oil
4 cloves Garlic（minced）
470g Chicken bone broth（or any chicken broth）
15g Herbs de Provence
2.5g Sea salt
1.5g Black pepper
59.5 ml Heavy cream（or coconut cream for paleo）
1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F (204 °C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease the foil.
2. Cut the tomato into chunks and toss them with olive oil and minced garlic. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
3. Pour the tomato puree into a pot over medium heat. Add broth. Add seasonings taste. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
4. Add and stir in cream and basil.
