Ingredients :

455g Asparagus(trimmed)
30ml Olive oil
15g ltalian seasoning(divided)
Sea salt and black pepper to tast
55g Mozzarella cheese(shredded)
50g Parmesan cheese(shredded

Instruction :

1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F (204 °C). Line a baking sheet with foil (greased) or parchment paper.

2. Toss the asparagus with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and a teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Arrange in a single layer on the lined baking sheet.

3. Roast in the oven for 7-9 minutes, until the asparagus is bright green and just starting to soften.
